Step 1: Prep Your Client
Start by cleansing the lashes using Foam Cleanser ↗ and the lid area thoroughly to remove any makeup, oil, or residue. Apply under-eye pads to isolate the lower lashes.

Step 2: Select the Right Shield

S → Short lashes / tighter curl
M → Short–medium lashes / balanced curl

Step 3: Bond the Lashes
Using our gentle, water-based glue (with lash-friendly ingredients like Aqua, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Castor Oil, and Glycerin), apply the thinnest layer possible. Brush lashes onto the shield in small sections, making sure they are perfectly straight and parallel.
Step 4: Apply Step 1 – Relaxing Solution
Apply from the root to mid-lengths, avoiding the tips. Processing times:
- Very fine lashes 4-5 minutes
- Fine or tinted lashes 5-6 minutes
- Natural healthy lashes 6-8 minutes
- Course healthy lashes 8-10 minutes
Gently remove the product with dry cotton swabs.
