Supercilium ships worldwide and we are dedicated to getting your package shipped as soon as possible. Orders from the USA and Canada are sent out from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. 

When will your order ship?
- Orders are picked and shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas, USA.
- Orders placed before 5 PM CT are shipped the same day.
- We ship from Monday to Friday, except for National Holidays.
- All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times
USA: Delivery will take 1-5 business days, based on your location. 
Canada: Delivery will take 4-6 business days, based on your location. 

Note that international shipments are subject to local customs clearance procedures. This can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and is out of our control. International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available.

Important note: If the customer adds the wrong address to their order and the package is returned to our warehouse, the customer needs to pay for the shipping.
