When you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service at hello@supercilium.com. We will provide a return label to make sure the process goes smoothly.
Ship the unused item in the original packaging back to Supercilium within 14 days of delivery for a Store Credit or an Exchange (only available for damaged or incorrect orders). Supercilium gladly accepts unused, or defective full-priced merchandise for up to 14 days after the purchase date. Always include your order number.
