Which dye should I use with an Airbrush machine?

You should always use a high-quality liquid pigment. Our Liquid Dye with Keratin is the perfect consistency for airbrushing. Because it is a thin, potent liquid, it won’t clog the machine nozzle like thicker creams or henna would. It provides the same 11-day skin stain and 6-week hair tint but with an air-light finish.

Do I need to use stencils for Airbrush Brows?

While experienced artists can freehand, we highly recommend using our Brow Stencils to achieve those crisp, sharp edges that the airbrush look is known for. Using stencils ensures perfect symmetry and protects the surrounding skin from "overspray," resulting in a much cleaner, professional finish.

How do I prevent the Airbrush machine from clogging?

Clogging is usually caused by using the wrong dye or not cleaning the device between clients. Always mix your Liquid Dye with the Oxydant Developer to a milk-like consistency. After every treatment, flush the machine with lukewarm water or a specialized airbrush cleaner to ensure it stays in top professional condition.

How long does an Airbrush Brow treatment take?

Airbrushing is incredibly efficient. Once the mapping and stenciling are done, the actual application of the dye takes less than 5 minutes. This allows you to fit more clients into your day while providing a premium, "tech-forward" service that commands a higher price point.

Is the Airbrush technique suitable for all skin types?

Yes! Because the airbrush applies the dye in fine, thin layers, it is actually excellent for oily skin as it allows the pigment to dry and "grip" the skin instantly. It’s also very gentle for sensitive skin because there is no abrasive brushing or friction involved during the application.
