Where does Supercilium Ship?
Supercilium ships worldwide and we are dedicated to getting your package shipped as soon as possible. Note that international shipments are subject to local customs clearance procedures. This can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and are out of our control. International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available.
When will your order ship?
  • Orders are picked and shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse located in the Netherlands. 
  • Orders placed before 3PM CET are shipped the same day. 
  • We ship from Monday to Friday, with the exception of National Dutch Holidays
  • All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day
Effortless worldwide shipping
  • We ship using PostNL in BENELUX and Germany. 
  • All other orders to the countries in and outside of Europe are shipped by Fedex International shipping.

Note that while these estimated times reflect the vast majority of shipments, due to uncontrollable local customs clearance processes and inspections, these estimated times could take longer. 
Supercilium is not liable for any custom fees, taxes, loss or damage to parcels in transit. Once the order has been prepared, it will be sent to the postal address entered by the consumer when placing the order. Fedex will not deliver to PO boxes. 
How can I track my order? 
Order confirmations will be sent as soon as the package is sent. Note that while ordering is quick, processing takes up to 24 hours. In your order confirmations you will find a tracking number, which depending on your carrier can be tracked via Fedex or Post NL. 
The ordered products as specified by the consumer are delivered to the delivery address stated on the delivery note.
For products supplied by Fedex: If the consumer is absent, UPS will leave a message at the consumer’s address of attempted delivery. The consumer must then contact Fedex to agree on a new delivery date. If the consumer does not contact Fedex, he will make two more delivery attempts at times and dates decided by Fedex. 
The consumer is informed that every package is tracked by Fedex for a period of ten (10) days after the first delivery attempt.
If Fedex is unable to deliver the order to the consumer within 30 days because the consumer is absent at the time of delivery attempts and / or fails to contact UPS to agree a new delivery date, the consumer does not have the right to cancel the order.
What if I have a lost package?
Supercilium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local post-order company if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by will be replaced after 40 days of non-movement for domestic orders. Please note that refunds are not issued by Supercilium on lost packages.
How do I return items? 
Ship the unused item in the original packaging back to Supercilium within 14 days of delivery for a Store Credit or an Exchange (only available for damaged or incorrect orders). Supercilium gladly accepts unused, or defective full-priced merchandise for up to 14 days after purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. 
What is the warranty? 
We have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
If an item ever arrives broken or defective we will replace the same item free of charge. Depending on the item we may request that the defective item be returned.
Product discrepancies and/or exchanges need to be notified within 7 days after the product has arrived.
