HOW TO USE THE BRUSH
Dip the brush in the highlighter. Make sure you have not too much highlighter by tapping off the excess powder. Apply it neatly in arcs both above and below your brows. Some people forget to apply it above the eyebrows, while this final application makes all the difference to let your brows shine during the day.
